HR Administration Specialist

In-Place Machining Company is a profitable and growing machining services and manufacturing company seeking to signficantly expand our workforce. We are a worldwide leader in providing specialized CNC and manual machining, welding and alignment services to industrial, scientific, and military customers, and we look to hire more experienced Machinists, Welders, Electricians, Technical Sales and other employees to support our growing business.
Job Responsibilities:
You will report directly to the company President and have primary responsibility for coordinating the application and hiring process, including:
- Write and place employment ads in a variety of media.
- Review resumes & screen candidates over the phone and in person
- Assist with in-person interviews, make recommendations, and perform reference checks.
- Plan and implement outreach programs aimed at attracting potential employees.
- Perform new employee orientation
- Other recruiting, staffing, HR or general tasks as needed or appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years relevant Human Resources work experience, preferably at an industrial company.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of HR procedures and regulations.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours in order to interview candidates as needed.
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass initial and ongoing drug testing.
