Journal Refurbishment Without Shaft Rotation
In-Place Machining Company has perfected methods of refurbishing
horizontal and vertical shafts without major disassembly, and without
shaft rotation. Our planetary orbital equipment is designed for
tight tolerance machining, grinding, and honing of all types of
radial or axial shaft surfaces. In addition, we often guarantee
size and concentricity to +/-.0005", with virtually no diameter
limits. We also offer complete on-site lathes with capabilities
in excess of 200 tons and up to an 18' diameter swing.
